The Man in the Hat is back…
After his return Han Solo, it was really only a matter of time before Harrison Ford decided to don the fedora again. The return of Indiana Jones has been one of those things that Spielberg and Ford talk around at a lot of opportunities, but I don’t think I ever doubted that they’d go ahead and do it–after all, there’s money to be made.
My question is whether they’re going to toss out the continuity of the last, execrable film1 and instead forge ahead with more of a focus on Ford. Who was great in The Force Awakens, but is definitely not getting any younger. I just hope that we’re getting the Opal of the Merman Prince that we all deserve.
