TiVo demos Apple Watch remote
Dave Zatz reports that TiVo is adding Apple Watch support as well as voice control features in a forthcoming update. Other TiVo announcements from CES probably include HBO GO support and an over-the-air version of the TiVo Bolt DVR. (I’m also hoping TiVo will update its app soon to support multitasking and the iPad Pro.)
As I’ve mentioned on a few podcasts, I’m actually using my TiVo a whole lot as my streaming box, since it supports Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, and YouTube. Adding HBO to the mix would be a bonus.
